He sought to create a heating company that challenged and changed fundamental issues in the market. They went into Administration in April 2022 and the brand was purchased by Gas Call Services Limited and still run as the Boiler Plan trading style.

Boiler Plan place particular emphasis on providing customers with boiler installations at reasonable prices. As they run a primarily online operation with small overheads, they are able to provide you with the best value for your money.
Depending on the scale and complexity of your installation, combi boiler prices can range from £1,758 – £3,408, conventional boiler installations can be priced between £2,114 – £2,605 and system boiler installations can cost between £2,135 – £2,922. All of these prices include a boiler warranty of up to 10 years.

How does Boiler Plan UK work?
When you get a new boiler installed with Boiler Plan, your journey will include the following simple steps:
1. Instant Quote – Using their free online quote tool, you’ll answer a few quick and easy questions about your home. You’ll then be provided with a quote and some options for a suitable boiler. Once you’ve made a selection, you can choose a date for your boiler survey appointment and a friendly member of the customer service team will contact you to confirm.
2. Online Purchase — If your installation is a simple combi to combi boiler swap, you can make the payment online. If you’d prefer to access a flexible finance plan, the company will need to run a quick credit check. If you choose to pay in full, you can book your installation by paying a £100 deposit.
3. Survey — Boiler Plan offer surveys in-home or via video or mobile phone. An in-home survey involves an engineer visiting your property to take a look at your current central heating system, whilst video and photo surveys are performed over your mobile phone or tablet. Photo surveys are only available for online purchases.
4. Installation — On your selected installation date, one of Boiler Plan’s Gas Safe registered engineers will arrive and install your new boiler. This usually takes between 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the job. Once completed, the engineer will clean up and show you how to use your new system.
5. Aftercare — After your installation, Boiler Plan will contact your boiler manufacturer to register your warranty. They’ll also check in with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new heating system.
