The new boiler did not turn up the day before installation as arranged. However, Jack, the Gas Safe engineer, arrived with our new boiler before 9am. The installation went according to plan and Jack was done at 15.15. I was kept informed throughout and received all the manuals and verbal instructions on the basic user controls. All of the old boiler fittings and parts were taken away and the house was left clean. I have since received the warranty certificate and gas safety certificate via email.

Eco Happy fitted a boiler 2 days…

We ordered our boiler just before Xmas and Eco Happy came and installed it within 2 days. The installer overcame a challenging problem with the one wall and really went out of his way to install the boiler and get it working. He worked continuously from 9am to just after 7am. Excellent service.

The engineer was very polite and explained everything I didn’t understand. I felt comfortable having him in my house, he was quickly able to repair the problem.
