The new boiler did not turn up the day before installation as arranged. However Jack the gas safe engineer arrived with the new boiler on time before 09.00. The installation went according to plan and was completed by 15.15. Jack had kept us informed throughout and handed over all the necessary manuals and instructed me on the basic user controls. All of the old boiler and fittings were taken away and our house was left clean and tidy. I have since received the warranty certificate and the gas safety certificate via email.

Eco Happy fitted a boiler 2 days after our order just before Xmas. The fitter overcame a problem with the wall, and went out of his way to get the boiler up and working. He worked continuously from 9 am to 8 pm without a break. Exceptional service.
