Seeking to take advantage of modern technology, Heatable replaces salespeople with computers and thus deliver a fast and simple service — aiming to complete installations within 24 hours. The company prioritises quality and great service, and aims to provide customers with transparency throughout their entire experience.
How do you get a new boiler installed by Heatable
When getting a new boiler installed with Heatable, your journey will typically include the following steps:
1. Answer some simple questions — Using Heatable’s quick and easy online quote tool, you’ll need to answer a few simple questions about your home and central heating needs. The tool will then provide you with boiler model options and provide you with a fixed-price quote for each.
2. Select your boiler – All of the options provided by Heatable will be suitable for your home and needs. The choice of boilers usually ranges between budget and premium and everything you need for your new boiler installation will be included in the quote; no hidden or added fees.
3. Select your installation date and make a payment – Once you’ve selected your new boiler, you can then choose a suitable date for your installation. You can choose to either pay in full using your debit or credit card, or you can seek to access a monthly payment plan such as interest-free credit or 9.9% APR. Credit checks will need to be performed in order for you to access these plans.
4. Boiler installation – Prior to your new boiler installation, you’ll be asked to send images of your current heating system. This adds speed to your installation as it removes the need for an in-home survey.
On the day prior to your installation, one of Heatable’s Gas Safe registered engineers will contact you to introduce themselves. The next day, they’ll arrive at the allocated time and conduct your boiler installation. Generally, it can take Heatable up to two days to install a new boiler, depending on the scale of the job.

Heatable offer combi boilers from Viessmann, Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Alpha, with installation costing from £1,880 for an Alpha E-Tec 28kW combi boiler right up to £3,045 for a 30kW Worcester Bosch Greenstar Life combi boiler (both replacing an old combi boiler in the same location with a horizontal flue with the new boiler). All prices quoted online are for fixed price install so you can have peace of mind there won’t be any surprise payment demands part way through your boiler installation. A standard vertical flue will cost an additional £420 to £450 depending on the combi boiler.
If your boiler is powered by LPG not natural gas Heatable will charge you an extra £495 for the installation to cover the conversion kit to run on LPG. If your boiler is powered by Oil, electricity or you currently don’t have central heating Heatable do not cater for you through their online survey process.

Back Boilers are now not allowed to be installed by law, mainly due to the huge inefficiency of this type of heating system. So when they reach the end of their useful life most people replace them with combi boilers. Obviously this job type is more expensive than swapping an old combi boiler with a new one due to decommissioning and or removing the back boiler and water tank on top of the new combi boiler installation.
