• Visit from the engineer within 24 hours of the call

This service plan is a 12-month contract that is automatically renewed. Octopus requires a one-month notice period for cancellation.

Yes, Octopus Energy does not provide cover in the following situations:

• Third-party work after initial installation by Octopus
• Products and installations that are no longer under warranty
• Products not covered under warranty (third-party valves, brackets, electric meters, heat meters, external filters and hoses)
• Damage as a result of neglect or improper maintenance
• Accidental and deliberate damage

Can my energy come from other providers when I apply for Octopus Energy cover?
